Fridaus Mubarak Yussif Foundation Awards Students From The Girls Model Basic School In Kintampo

In a heart-warming initiative aimed at supporting the education journey of young minds, the Fridaus Mubarak Yussif Foundation in collaboration with local authorities and educational organizations has come together to provide students who have successfully completed their basic education with a valuable boost as they prepare to embark on the next phase of their academic pursuits – senior high school.
Mr. Fridaus Mubarak Yussif gave each student a Citation, an Aki-Ola SHS Maths book, a diary, pens, a mathematical Set, sanitary products, and other valuables.

As the academic year comes to a close, Kintampo has witnessed a heartening display of community spirit. The FMY Foundation, in collaboration with the Ghana Education Service, Kintampo, and the Girls’ Model Basic School, organized a special event to present diligent students and teachers with a range of essential supplies, including books, stationery, and other learning materials.

This initiative aims to ensure that these promising young individuals are well-equipped to meet the challenges of senior high school education head-on.
The event, held behind the Ghana Education Service building, Kintampo, saw a great number of students from various schools in the area gather in excitement. The program was chaired by Sarki Osamatu Musah (the Hausa Zongo Chief, Kintampo) and co-chair by the HR of the Ghana Education Service, Kintampo North Municipal, Mr. Dawda Mohammed.
The program saw other dignitaries like, the Hon. Joseph Kwame Kumah (M.P for Kintampo North), Mad. Janet Saah, the Kintampo North Ghana Education Service Municipal Girl Child Coordinator. The special guest of honour was Dr. Sarah Azindoh, a Medical Doctor at Kintampo Hospital, and Founder FAWE Club. With smiles that radiated their enthusiasm, these students received their much-needed supplies from the FMY Foundation. The event was marked by speeches that celebrated the students’ achievements and underscored the community’s commitment to nurturing their educational aspirations.
